28/9/22 Barnhill Day 4

Groundhog day , another beautiful sunny day in paradise , time for a walk down the beach again . The cliffs to the southwest of us appeared to be different today - seemed larger than normal . It was heat haze causing a mirage and the cliffs were reflecting in the haze .

The rocks here have been shaped by the wind and water , into amazing shapes .

These marker buoys wash up on the beach regularly , they are from the pearl farms further out - they must lose a lot of them !!

Another different view , this is the track through the unpowered sites .

The cliffs behind the beach are gradually cracking and falling - we would regularly leave our shoes/thongs up on one of them - it has now fallen since last year .

Here's a couple of topknot pigeons

And the colourful back of a rainbow bee eater .

The day soon disappeared again , the sun making the place glow .

Mulla mulla with the sun behind .

We headed down to the beach for sunset , and weren't disappointed .

 Another glorious day done .
