Edith to Katherine 10/8/15

After a slightly cooler night , we're awake at 7am , so get up & get organised - we are packing again and heading to Katherine - only about 60klms away - 19 back out to the Stuart Hwy .
 We were back in Katherine at 10am , stopping to check out auto electricians , to check the ute for a charging problem - more on that later .
 We rang Shady Lane Caravan Park ( where we stayed when we were here last ) and went out and checked in - back into the site we were in as well - No 1 as it happens !!
 Set up and it was nearly lunchtime , so we had our main meal for the day , before going to do some shopping again - have to be a bit careful how much we buy now as there is a quarantine station checking for fruit & vegetables when we go into WA - that should happen this week - Maybe !!!
 The auto electrician had a look at the ute , and came to the conclusion everything was normal ??? doesn't know us very well !! They arranged to come out & check the RV this afternoon , which was great service !!! They turned up and ran some checks , finding our DC to DC charger not functioning - Bugger !!  It boosts the power from the ute going to the RV batteries , helping to charge them while ever you are connected to the RV .
 Mark & Michael both had a look in the RV and were quite impressed , they left and sourced a new one - DC to DC charger that is - and rang me back as promised , they will fit it on Wednesday morning - what great service with little notice !!

 The afternoon was getting on and also getting hotter , 33 degrees , time for a swim before a cold beer & cheese & bickies .
