Back to Bunbury Hospital today for an Xray and check up on Lyn's arm . We arrived at 9:20 and found our way to the Xray dept , Xray done , we head around to Outpatients , we didn't wait long and saw the doctor . He said everything looked fine , then wrapped another bandage around the cast , tightening it up and making it ache again !! Now they want to see it again , with another Xray on Wednesday next week - just can't seem to get away from this corner of the country for a while .
We headed down to the Post Office and picked up our parcel and mailed my camera to Emma , to be picked up for some warranty service by Nikon . Did a little shopping and headed out to Dalleyup Beach for lunch . It is below Bunbury and quite a large suburb , and still growing . The beach is a bit like Peppermint Grove ( about 20klms down the coast ) , nice and quiet fronting Geographe Bay . There were 3 people swimming and 2 fishing , another exercising her dog , and us having lunch . The southerly wind was blowing well , so the wind chill factor getting out of the water would have been pretty cool .
We headed back to Busselton via the main highway and a scenic drive through some forest , then past Port Geographe Marina and into Busselton .
The last job we had to do in town , was to get another gas bottle . That done , we loaded up the kayak , the bikes , and sat down to a beer , cheese & bickies - enough for one day !!
